I know we just came home from our Utah vacation...but we're going on another!
We are going with our friends, The Hesters, tomorrow morning {Friday} through Sunday evening.

{In case you were wondering...yes, these pictures really are of beautiful Rocky Point, Mexico.}
Rocky Point, Mexico is the next destination for our family. We are looking forward to camping on the beach, swimming, making sand castles and having a bon fire on the beach at dusk while grilling sweet corn in husks over the flames.
Making smores is our favorite camping past time and the kids look forward to that. Once our children fall asleep- a long walk on the beach, hand in hand, as the waves caress our toes sounds very relaxing and romantic.
We are going with our friends, The Hesters, tomorrow morning {Friday} through Sunday evening.We are so excited!
The forecast for Rocky Point is:
Friday: 79, Saturday 86, Sunday 88!

And the awesome thing about Rocky Point is that the Sea of Cortez has nice warm water to enjoy- not frigid ocean water. The drive from Phoenix to Rocky Point, Mexico is just about 4 hours. {A Sunday drive compared to the long drive to Utah.}

Why the hurry to go? There's a couple reasons. One- starting June 1st the law of everyone having a passport to cross the borders of Mexico and Canada will be in effect. We really don't want to pay the $80 or more per person. {We have 5 children and two adults. Do the math...not a low number.}
And the second reason is that Warren, my husband, will be leaving two weeks from tomorrow for Utah, again, for work. Warren has taken a position working with is brother, James, in Utah and will be up there for a few months training. We won't get to see him very often and who knows if he can get back here in time for us to go on this vacation to Rocky Point before June 1st.
So...Mexico, here we come!

Dripping green with envy here in frigid Utah :). Actually tomarrow we are supposed to be up to 76 degrees...but then back down into the 50's, ugh. Please soak up some of that sunshine and send it up here to this Utah zonie. Is Warren going to be doing that job you guys talked about with the equipment sales? Will he be starting a division in AZ or moving up here?? If so, I here that Kaysville is a great place to live!! Details girl, details :). ((Hugs))
Celeste... Stop it! Stop it! Stop it! We here in my home are pretending it's not happening! Stop it!
Mexico or Bust baby!
